SOFTWARE LICENSE AND LIMITED WARRANTY

You should carefully read the following end user license agreement before installing this software program. 

Important highlights of terms of service

* This software is provided "as is". Superposition Games disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied.
* You agree that you will not reproduce, copy, duplicate, sell, resell, rent or trade the software (or any part thereof) for any purpose.
* You assume the full risk of using this software.
* Any content created using this software is property of you, the end user.

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Superposition Games (hereinafter the "Provider"). By installing and/or using this software program (hereinafter the "Software"), you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of this Agreement.

The Software, any online or electronic documentation, and any and all copies and derivative works of such software program and materials are the copyrighted work of Superposition Games.

All use of the Software is governed by the terms of the End User License Agreement which is provided below ("License"). Any use, reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the terms of the License is expressly prohibited.

1. Software License. 
Superposition Games hereby grants, and by installing the Software you thereby accept, a license and right to install and use the software in accordance with the terms included of this license agreement. All content created with the Software is property of the end user.

 (a) PER SEAT USAGE. Each Licensed Copy of the Software may only be running on one "Machine" at any one time. A "Machine" is defined as a single physical computer or workstation, containing one or more processors. You must purchase multiple copies to run on multiple Machines. The License may be transferred to a different Machine after first deactivating the License on the original Machine.

 (b) TIME LIMITED EVALUATION USE. The Time Limited evaluation of the Software allows you to use the software for a term of not more than 31 days. At the end of this, the program will expire, and any continued usage is a violation of this license agreement. Output from a evaluation copy may not be used for commercial purposes without a license covered in point (a), above.

This License commences upon the installation of the software and is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by destroying the Software and accompanying written materials and all copies thereof. This license shall also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon termination you shall remove the Software from your computer(s).

2. Ownership. 
All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Software and any and all copies thereof (including but not limited to any computer code, methods of operation, and any related documentation) are owned by the Provider.  All rights are reserved. 

3. Responsibilities of End User.

 A. Subject to the Grant of License herein above, you may not, in whole or in part, copy, reproduce, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, create derivative works based on the Software, or remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software without the prior consent of the Provider.

 B. You are entitled to use the Software for your own use, but you are not entitled to sell or transfer reproductions of the Software to other parties in any way, nor to rent, lease or license the Software to others without the Provider's prior written consent.

4. Termination. 
This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate the License at any time by destroying the Software. The Provider may, at its discretion, terminate this License in the event that you fail to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein. In such event, you must immediately destroy the Software.

5. Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The Provider expressly disclaims any warranty for the Software. The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 

The Provider shall not be liable in any way for loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of the Software including, but not limited to, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses.
